Job summary

CG Family Foods in Agawam, MA is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Maintenance department. You’ll process purchase requests, track work orders, communicate with vendors, and coordinate preventive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a stable schedule and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing or similar operational setting preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple requests, appointments and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and track purchase order requests for maintenance parts, supplies, and services.
• Communicate with vendors regarding parts, supply availability, order status and delivery dates.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure materials and services are available when needed.
• Monitor the status of maintenance work orders and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate outside contractors and service visits; maintain organized maintenance schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment of maintenance parts and supplies.
• Provide administrative support and maintain maintenance records and documentation.
