Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree preferred.
• Experience with industrial electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic applications preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of the Maximo CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate discretionary work and determine feasibility.
• Schedule maintenance work groups with production leaders to optimize labor resources.
• Confirm priority and required dates for work orders.
• Review and document schedule breakers and define requirements to planners.
• Ensure equipment is ready for maintenance when scheduled.
• Collaborate with planners to manage work order backlog and prioritize high-priority jobs.
• Balance preventative vs corrective maintenance and backlog aging in schedules.
• Coordinate with production to meet schedule needs and communicate status of work orders.
• Use Maximo CMMS to sequence all activities into a 24-hour schedule for day/night shifts.
• Maintain a seven-day rolling maintenance schedule and update planners daily.
