Qualifications

• Proficient in SAP or similar EAM/CMMS systems.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong analytical skills for backlog management and KPI reporting.
• Effective communicator and collaborator with planners and maintenance teams.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and emergent work.
• Knowledge of maintenance processes and asset management best practices.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• High School Diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor's in CS/tech a plus.
• 1–2 years oil and gas or energy background preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review the schedule-ready backlog for all work orders.
• Confirm job packages are complete and materials are available.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve issues delaying scheduling.
• Ensure documentation, approvals, and safety measures are in place prior to scheduling.
• Develop, publish, and communicate weekly and daily maintenance schedules.
• Assign work orders to crews balancing resources and priorities.
• Sequence tasks to minimize disruptions and maximize crew efficiency.
• Adjust schedules for emergent work or resource changes.
• Communicate schedules and changes to maintenance teams and stakeholders.
• Track progress and follow up on outstanding or delayed work.
• Review completed work orders for accuracy before closure.
• Build and update PM and turnaround plans in the system.
• Schedule PM activities in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Coordinate with operations for major shutdowns or turnarounds.
• Generate and distribute scheduling reports and KPIs.
• Use data insights to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Participate in regular performance review meetings.
• Recommend process improvements to scheduling effectiveness.
