Qualifications

• Proficient in SAP or similar EAM/CMMS systems.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities; capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills for backlog management, scheduling, and KPI reporting.
• Effective communicator and collaborator with planners, maintenance teams, operations and stakeholders.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and emergent work.
• Solid understanding of maintenance processes, preventive maintenance and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review the schedule-ready backlog for all work orders.
• Work with Planners to ensure packages are complete and materials are available.
• Identify and resolve scheduling bottlenecks and delays.
• Ensure documentation, approvals and safety measures are met before scheduling.
• Publish weekly and daily maintenance schedules.
• Assign work orders, balancing resources and priorities.
• Sequence tasks to minimize disruptions and maximize crew efficiency.
• Adjust schedules for emergent work and resource changes.
• Communicate schedules and changes to teams and stakeholders.
• Track progress and follow up on outstanding work.
• Review completed orders for accuracy and closure.
