Job summary
Kuraray America, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to develop and optimize the facility's maintenance schedule and drive digital transformation initiatives. You will coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and contractors to align work with plant priorities and resource availability.
The role emphasizes improving schedule compliance, workforce productivity, data quality, and visibility of maintenance performance, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in maintenance scheduling, maintenance execution, reliability, operations, turnaround, or related roles in manufacturing.
- Proficient in SAP PM or similar CMMS; able to build executable maintenance schedules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and rolling maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate priorities with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Reliability, and other stakeholders.
- Identify schedule conflicts and risks before work begins; adjust plans as priorities change.
