Job summary

Michigan's Adventure is seeking a Director of Maintenance and Engineering to lead Ride, Waterpark, Facility, Construction, and Grounds maintenance, ensuring guest safety, asset reliability, and financial performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience leading a represented workforce and contract administration.
• Proven project management record delivering capital and seasonal projects.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance across the park – rides, waterpark, facilities, construction, and grounds.
• Ensures compliance with safety standards and inspections; maintains inspection readiness.
• Manages labor relations and administers the collective bargaining agreement.
• Oversees budget, capital projects, staffing, and contractor spend.
