Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Coordinator to join our plant operations team.

You will partner with Safety and EHS to ensure compliant maintenance programs, schedule preventive work, inspections, and repairs to keep plant operations safe and reliable. You will maintain CMMS records, coordinate with Production, Engineering and external contractors, and manage documentation for findings, test results, and corrective actions while supporting a culture of

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
  • 3–5 years of industrial maintenance, maintenance planning, or coordination experience.
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to coordinate across teams and vendors.
  • Ability to work occasional weekend coverage or flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Safety and EHS teams to ensure maintenance programs meet policies and regulatory standards.
  • Organize, schedule, and complete maintenance tasks, preventive work orders, inspections and repairs.
  • Support maintenance efforts including troubleshooting, repair coordination, installation, modification, and upkeep of equipment.
  • Conduct mandatory tests and inspections and document corrective actions for findings.
  • Maintain accurate CMMS records and plant spreadsheets with schedules, timelines, and results.
  • Communicate maintenance schedules and progress with Production, Safety, Engineering, and Maintenance.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and inspections.
  • Oversee waste handling processes in line with regulatory requirements.

What you will enjoy doing*
  • You will partner closely with the Safety and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) teams to ensure maintenance programs, inspections, and corrective actions comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
  • Moreover you will organize, schedule, and complete safety-related program tasks, preventive maintenance work orders, inspections, and repairs to ensure safe and continuous plant operations
  • Further, you will support maintenance efforts including troubleshooting, repair coordination, installation, modification, and upkeep of emergency response equipment and systems
  • A large portion of your scope will be focused on conducting mandatory tests and inspections while ensuring corrective actions are properly documented, tracked, and completed for any identified findings
  • You will manage and maintain accurate documentation within the CMMS (MaintainX) and plant-specific spreadsheets, ensuring maintenance records, schedules, timelines, inspection results, and findings are properly recorded and maintained
  • Further you will communicate maintenance schedules, repair timelines, inspection requirements, and completion updates with cross-functional departments including Production, Safety, Engineering, and Maintenance
  • Additionally you will partner with external contractors for specialized maintenance and safety inspections, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with company-specific safety standards
  • Lastly you will oversee the plant's specialty and universal waste processes, working closely with the EHS team to ensure proper handling, storage, documentation, and disposal in accordance with regulatory requirements
What makes you great
  • A High School diploma or GED is required; an associate degree or technical certification is preferred
  • 3–5 years of industrial maintenance, maintenance planning, or coordination experience
    Experience reading and understanding mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics is preferred
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using a CMMS database is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and with external vendors
  • Ability to work occasional weekend coverage or flexible scheduling as needed
