ITW is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical skills, with experience in robotics and PLCs, and the ability to read drawings and use CMMS. This position emphasizes safety and teamwork, with opportunities to lead preventive maintenance and mentor newer technicians.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Completion of a craft apprenticeship or 5+ years of production maintenance experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in a production/manufacturing environment with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, mechanics, and robotics.

Responsabilités

• Participate in safety practices and review of equipment.
• Electrical troubleshooting, repair, and installation on industrial equipment and controls.
• Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
• Ensure safety standards and CMMS documentation for activities.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance.
• Assist in scheduling preventive maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure spare parts and tools are available.
