Job summary

ReCon Management Services is seeking a Technician V to work in-plant under supervision of a discipline lead. You will evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques across maintenance, project controls, and related fields.

The role involves leading transformation initiatives, establishing work management standards, and coordinating with Reliability Engineers. The position requires a high school diploma or GED with extensive experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with additional specialized training, or college course work.
• At least twenty (20) years of experience in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance transformation program and roadmap execution.
• Apply standard discipline techniques to minor adaptations and modifications.
• Assist supervisor on project tasks and duties.
• Establish planning, scheduling, backlog management standards.
• Drive contractor optimization and maintenance cost reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate reliability improvement efforts with engineers.
• Coach supervisors, planners, and maintenance leadership.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability of new processes.
