You will coordinate with production, sanitation, and engineering teams, manage CMMS-driven work orders, and mentor the Storeroom Leader to ensure spare parts readiness and effective maintenance execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum five years of maintenance experience in a food-manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CMMS and analyzing downtime trends.
• Knowledge of bakery or food-manufacturing equipment and food safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Build, prioritize, and maintain maintenance schedules.
• Plan maintenance work coordinating labor, parts, tools, contractors, permits, and other resources.
• Manage maintenance backlog and CMMS work orders.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee storeroom operations and spare parts availability.
• Provide coaching on CMMS and Operations Excellence tools.
• Analyze downtime and asset performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure safety, food quality, regulatory compliance, and GMPs.
• Coordinate with safety, sanitation, and operations teams.
