The J.M. Smucker Company is seeking a Technical Supervisor to lead maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability, and storeroom activities at our Columbus, GA site.

You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, ensure safe and compliant operations, and partner with multiple teams to optimize equipment performance. This on-site role requires strong CMMS skills, food-manufacturing experience, and a focus on safety, quality, GMPs, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in a food-manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, preventive/predictive maintenance, and reliability-centered maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability, and storeroom activities.
• Coordinate labor, parts, tools, contractors, and permits for maintenance work.
• Manage CMMS backlog and work-order priorities.
