Job summary

Terranova Talent Solutions seeks a Technical Services Manager to direct maintenance projects across Plant 12 facilities in Mount Jackson, VA. You will lead lagoon, utilities and facilities operations, guiding maintenance staff and contractors to maximize uptime.

Ideal candidate has 15–20 years in industrial maintenance with 10+ years in management, plus CMPR. Willingness for relocation assistance may be considered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• CMRP certification strongly preferred.
• 15–20 years of extensive knowledge and demonstrable experience in Industrial Maintenance.
• Minimum 10 years of maintenance or engineering management experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• 5 years of experience in a food processing facility preferred.
• 24/7 availability.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage and coordinate maintenance projects and initiatives across Plant 12 facilities.
• Oversee lagoon, utilities and facilities departments with strong leadership to optimize uptime.
• Recruit, develop and retain technical expertise for maintenance and utilities teams.
• Supervise installation of new processing equipment and optimize uptime; minimize downtime.
• Coach managers and supervisors in short- and mid-range planning for maintenance activities.
• Set and refine preventive maintenance programs and training; monitor KPI performance.
• Manage spare parts inventories, work orders and budgets; report on performance.
