Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Speedway, IN to lead a team of about 24 professionals on a Panama shift schedule, establishing and sustaining PM and reliability programs to improve equipment uptime.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong CMMS knowledge, and proven leadership across operations, engineering, and quality teams. This role emphasizes safety and continuous improvement within advanced manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, Operations, or related field.
8+ years in manufacturing maintenance, reliability, engineering, or operations.
Experience implementing or improving preventive maintenance, reliability, or asset management programs.
Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance systems, and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of approx. 24 maintenance professionals.
Establish and sustain preventive, predictive, and asset reliability programs.
Drive improvements in uptime, PM compliance, and maintenance performance.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Continuous Improvement teams.
Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, root-cause analysis, and reliability initiatives.
Manage CMMS processes, spare parts strategy, and equipment history docs.
Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and new installations.
Foster safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and ownership.
