Job summary
AppleOne is recruiting an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, facility maintenance, and team development in a high-volume manufacturing setting. This hands-on role focuses on uptime, safety, quality, and continuous improvement while coordinating with operations leadership.
Responsibilities include planning maintenance across production equipment, monitoring KPIs, and handling budgets, spare parts, and capital projects to drive long-term
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- 3+ years maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and PLCs.
- Experience with CMMS and maintenance budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop maintenance technicians and supervisors while promoting safety and continuous improvement.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
- Monitor downtime, uptime KPIs, and lead reliability improvement.
- Provide technical troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation issues.
- Manage budgets, spare parts, vendors, contractors, and capital projects.
