Job summary

CapstoneONE Search is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance and Reliability function at a 300+ employee manufacturing plant. You will manage a department of 50+ professionals including electricians, technicians, and engineers, reporting to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate has a degree with 3-5 years in Plant Engineering or Maintenance Leadership, and proven ability to thrive in a high-speed manufacturing environment while communicating effectively across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree is required for consideration.
• 3-5 years of Plant Engineering or Maintenance Leadership experience.
• Experience in high speed/fast paced manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and work cross functionally with others.

Responsibilities

• Owns Maintenance and Reliability department including Skilled Trade staff.
• Develops staff through training and development programs.
• Manages AM/PM schedule for plant capital equipment.
• Oversees external service providers and contractor relationships.
• Manages equipment installations and related project activities.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with other internal departments.
