Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and engineering operations in a high-availability 24-hour manufacturing environment. The role reports to the General Manager and owns capital projects, safety compliance and asset reliability across the site.

You will lead maintenance supervisors and automation engineers, develop the capital and automation strategy, ensure plant-wide safety programs, and manage the maintenance budget, while troubleshooting complex equipment hands-on and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance management or supervisory experience.
• 10 years of experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, 24 hour manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance supervisors and automation engineers, owning maintenance processes, new installations and equipment improvements.
• Develop and manage capital investment and automation strategy, including project scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Own plant wide safety compliance across mobile equipment, crane safety, arc flash and fire protection programs.
• Apply root cause analysis and reliability centered maintenance principles to drive continuous asset reliability improvement.
• Prepare and manage the annual maintenance operating budget.
• Troubleshoot complex integrated electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment hands on.
• Maintain NADCAP and other required certifications across the maintenance function.
