Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and improve maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility. You will strengthen maintenance processes, develop the team, and build a preventive maintenance program.

You will drive PM program improvements, reliability, and CMMS utilization while organizing day-to-day maintenance activities and mentoring technicians to achieve consistent OE results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and parts management.
• Ability to analyze data to identify gaps and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve the preventive maintenance program.
• Improve PM completion and equipment reliability.
• Lead and develop maintenance technicians.
• Organize and improve day-to-day maintenance processes.
• Use maintenance and production data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Improve CMMS utilization and parts management.
• Drive improvements in efficiency and OE.
• Support technician training and skill development.
• Establish structure, accountability, and consistency within the maintenance department.
