Job summary

Robroy Industries Texas Inc. Gilmer, TX is seeking an experienced Maintenance Leadership role to oversee all production equipment and facility systems. You will lead a team, plan preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and high uptime.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong skills with mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems, and hands-on PLC/automation knowledge. This on-site role offers opportunities to drive reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering/industrial maintenance.
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach maintenance team of technicians and support staff.
• Plan and oversee preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs: downtime, PM compliance, response times and costs.
• Manage budgets, inventories, spares, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and disruptions.
