ALPLA Caribe seeks an experienced Maintenance Leader to ensure plant equipment and facilities deliver reliability and efficiency. You will lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, budgeting, project management, and continuous improvement across molding operations. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential, with a background in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance with at least 3 years leading work teams.
Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Experience in budget management, project management, and cost control.
Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and results-driven.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Proficiency in English preferred.
