Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance Safety.
• Basic mechanical understanding and repair capability.
• Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Knowledge of occupational math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Problem-solving and team collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Equipment installation and preventative maintenance: set up proprietary ALPLA equipment and perform adjustments to enhance performance.
• Troubleshooting and repairs: diagnose issues on molding machines and execute repairs with or without guidance.
• Facility Maintenance Support: assist in general maintenance to ensure a safe, organized production environment.
