Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance activities on existing plant equipment and processes.
• Develop and implement a robust maintenance/reliability program for current and future facilities.
• Walk the plant floor with vendors to scope repairs and maintenance needs.
• Act as a general contractor on capital projects tied to plant expansion.
• Support scaling of maintenance processes on an aggressive growth schedule.
