Henkel is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for its Adhesive Technologies unit in the United States. You will lead identification, cataloging, and loading of spare parts for production and facility equipment, standardizing inventory processes to boost maintenance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or a related technical field preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance, reliability, engineering, or asset management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of maintenance planning, spare parts management, and equipment reliability principles.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and supporting manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, cataloging, and loading of spare parts for all production and facility equipment, while standardizing inventory processes to support maintenance efficiency and optimization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain to establish critical spare parts strategies.
• Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for all maintenance activities managed through the MMA module across the TX Network.
• Develop expertise in critical manufacturing and utility systems to provide advanced technical support.
• Support real‑time troubleshooting and partner with Operations and Engineering to resolve recurring equipment issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment availability.
• Improve maintenance planning and scheduling through effective use of MMA tools and data.
• Analyze maintenance metrics and equipment history to drive data-based decision‑making.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or a related technical field

3+ years of maintenance, reliability, engineering, or asset management experience in a manufacturing environment
