Job summary

MONTECH INC. is seeking a Maintenance Management Specialist to support II MSB's maintenance management program, tracking readiness, documentation, and compliance.

You will coordinate actions across units, ensure timely updates, and liaise with higher headquarters to sustain mission readiness. The role requires five years of GCSS-MC and TDM Catalyst experience, proficiency with SharePoint and MS Office, and a SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• At least five years of GCSS-MC and TDM Catalyst experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and MS Office programs.
• SECRET level security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Track preventive maintenance schedules and verify compliance across equipment platforms.
• Maintain equipment readiness status and maintenance trackers for II MSB.
• Analyze maintenance trends and provide improvement recommendations.
• Monitor corrective actions, work orders, and parts status for timely resolution.
• Support development of readiness reports and maintenance summaries.
• Assist with inspections, audits, and readiness evaluations.
• Support inspections and higher headquarters evaluations.
