Job summary

You will assist in equipment readiness tracking, program implementation, and trend analysis to improve operations. Requirements include an Active Secret Clearance and 5+ years of experience with GCSS-MC and TDM Catalyst, plus proficiency in SharePoint and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Minimum five years of experience using GCSS-MC and TDM Catalyst.
• Knowledge of Marine Corps maintenance and maintenance management programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Track preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance across equipment platforms.
• Maintain and update equipment readiness status reports and maintenance trackers.
• Analyze maintenance trends and workflow efficiencies to support operations.
• Develop recommendations to improve maintenance operations and readiness.
• Monitor work orders, parts status, and corrective maintenance actions.
• Assist with inspections, audits, readiness evaluations, and compliance reviews.
• Maintain maintenance documentation, logs, reports, trackers, and records.
