Qualifications

• Knowledge of the operating procedures of the Marine Corps maintenance and maintenance management programs.
• Familiarity with GCSS-MC and TDM Catalyst, as well as Microsoft SharePoint and MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Track preventive maintenance schedules and verify compliance across assigned equipment platforms.
• Maintain and update equipment readiness status and maintenance trackers.
• Analyze maintenance trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor corrective maintenance actions, work orders, and parts status.
• Support development of maintenance readiness reports and summaries.
• Assist with inspections, audits, and readiness evaluations.
