Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Maintenance and Projects Lead based in the Athens area. You will manage the Maintenance Department activities to support regulated consumer product manufacturing, drive equipment effectiveness, and lead NPIs and capital projects.

Responsibilities include on-site maintenance leadership, asset management, CIP initiatives, reliability improvements, and maintaining cost-effective operations within the site LT priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3+ years supervisory experience.
• 3+ years in industrial environment (maintenance/engineering/operations).
• MSc plus PE/PEx/FPx certification desirable.
• Strong written and oral communications across organizational levels.
• Financial/budget management experience and ability to work in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities of the Maintenance Department to support regulated consumer product manufacturing and maximize value; coordinate with LT and site personnel for equipment effectiveness.
• Execute engineering operational capex projects and lead technical execution of NPIs.
• Lead on-site equipment maintenance, asset management, CIP initiatives, reliability improvements and maintenance excellence deployment.
• Serve as single point of accountability at site level for quality, safety, compliance, and productive manufacturing management.
• Deploy maintenance standards aligned with site LT priorities and manage annual maintenance budgets and contracts.
