Job summary

SupHerb Farms is seeking a Maintenance Project Manager to plan, manage, and execute maintenance and reliability projects across our IQF herb processing plant. You will lead initiatives from concept through commissioning, including budgeting, procurement, installation, and handover to Operations and Maintenance.

The role requires deep knowledge of ammonia refrigeration, IQF freezing systems, and hygienic equipment design, with a focus on reliability improvement, energy efficiency, and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, manufacturing, construction management or related field.
• 5+ years in maintenance, ammonia refrigeration, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective Maintenance Projects.
• Identify equipment reliability issues and reduce downtime.
• Lead capital and engineering projects from scope development through completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, engineers, contractors to develop project solutions.
• Review equipment specifications, layouts, drawings, P&IDs, and installation requirements.
