We are actively seeking Service (Maintenance) Technicians. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, repairs, and on-site operations while offering competitive hourly pay and a robust benefits package for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or maintenance (dependent on role).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow are a plus.

Service (Maintenance) Technicians

SouthFork Townhomes

• Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Rotating on-call schedule
• $20 - $25/hour (based on experience) + renewal bonus eligibility
• Preventative maintenance, repairs, inventory management, and emergency procedures
• Active Driver's License Required
