Job summary

Atalco Gramercy Operations seeks a Maintenance Work Process Lead to drive standardization and continuous improvement of maintenance workflows. You will plan, schedule, execute, and document activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime in a safe plant environment.

You will lead KPI monitoring, standards implementation, and root cause analyses, coaching maintenance staff in best practices and CMMS usage to ensure accurate reporting and sustained improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/chemical/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and CMMS (SAP).
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with MSHA/PSM safety standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and optimization of maintenance work processes (planning, scheduling, execution, and closure).
• Standardize workflows and ensure consistent use of CMMS.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs (schedule compliance, backlog, wrench time) and drive performance improvement.
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs with proper execution and follow‑up.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are sustained.
