Job summary

McDonald’s Corporation operates a maintenance role at a corporate restaurant location in Michigan. The Maintenance Person will help keep interior and exterior areas clean and equipment well-maintained, with a pay rate of $14–$16 per hour and opportunities for tuition assistance and benefits.

As part of the maintenance team, you will perform daily fryer filtration, grounds upkeep, and routine cleaning, with additional duties such as unloading trucks and handling waste.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and upkeep of interior and exterior restaurant areas
• Ability to clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unloading delivery trucks twice a week
• Changing light bulbs and routine preventive maintenance
• Experience with HVAC/exhaust units is a plus

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
