McDonald's is hiring for a Maintenance Person to support management in keeping the restaurant clean and functional. The role includes hands-on duties to maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and crew.

The Maintenance Person will perform tasks such as filtering fryers, cleaning, stocking, unloading deliveries, and general upkeep. No relocation required; benefits and room for growth are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: daily oil fryer filtration, grounds maintenance, cleaning equipment and facilities, unloading deliveries, trash handling, bulb replacement, and HVAC/rooftop cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
