McDonald’s franchisee-operated restaurant in Michigan is seeking a Maintenance Person to assist the management team in keeping the dining area and exterior spaces clean and safe. You will help maintain equipment, support daily operations, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

As part of the maintenance team, you’ll learn and apply safe cleaning practices, complete routine tasks, and support higher-level facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant cleaning and maintenance.
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
