Job summary

McDonald’s franchise restaurant is seeking a Maintenance Person to support management in keeping the restaurant clean and maintaining equipment. You will perform tasks such as filtering fryer oil daily, cleaning inside and outside areas, and assisting with deliveries and light maintenance.

The role includes responsibilities like maintaining grounds, cleaning HVAC/exhaust units, and supporting a fast-paced team to ensure a safe and welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in maintaining interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: daily fryer oil filtration, grounds maintenance, cleaning equipment and restrooms.
• Unloading deliveries 2-3 times per week and changing light bulbs are included tasks.
• HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris removal are part of the maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• Filter fryer oil daily and keep outside grounds clean.
• Unload delivery trucks 2–3 times a week and replace light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and remove debris from the roof.
