Job summary

Rust Belt Recruiting in Twinsburg, OH is seeking an Equipment & Facilities Maintenance professional to oversee maintenance of stamping presses and related automation.

You will drive TPM/PM-PdM programs, track maintenance KPIs, and ensure safety compliance with OSHA, LOTO, and machine guarding regulations. Requires 5+ years in metal stamping or tool & die manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a stamping manufacturing environment.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; higher training preferred.
• Experience with metal stamping, heavy press operations, or tool & die manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of stamping presses and related automation.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, sensors, and motor drives.
• Drive TPM/PM/PdM programs and track maintenance KPIs.
• Enforce OSHA, LOTO, arc flash, confined space, and machine guarding regulations.

Job description

$35/hr range 1st shift. Mon-Fri

Twinsburg, OH

Equipment & Facilities Maintenance

Oversee maintenance of mechanical and hydraulic stamping presses (ranging from [e.g., 50 to 1,000+] tons)

Troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs), robotics, sensors, motor drives, and automation systems.

Ensure proper functioning of plant facility equipment

TPM & Continuous Improvement

Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and preventive/predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) programs to reduce unscheduled downtime.

Track maintenance KPIs

Safety & Compliance

Enforce strict compliance with OSHA standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), arc flash, confined space, and machine guarding regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology preferred.

Experience: 5+ years of maintenance experience in a stamping manufacturing environment.

Industry Background: Previous 5 year+ experience in metal stamping, heavy press operations, or tool & die manufacturing is required.

Technical Capabilities

Strong mechanical aptitudes: press drive trains, clutches, brakes, hydraulics, pneumatics, and lubrication systems.

Solid electrical troubleshooting skills: 480V 3-phase power, control circuits, PLCs

Experience reading mechanical blueprints, hydraulic schematics, and electrical single-line diagrams.
