Overview

Responsibilities

1. Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as directed, ensuring all areas are clean and debris-free.
2. Walk the garage daily to identify and address maintenance issues.
3. Clean and maintain surfaces, including sweeping, trash removal, and painting as needed.
4. Replace bulbs, apply oil absorbent to spills, and submit repair requests.
5. Check safety equipment and operational status of gates and ticket spitters.
6. Maintain inventory and records of maintenance activities.
7. Operate equipment such as sweepers, lawnmowers, and snow removal tools.
8. Assist customers and handle complaints professionally.
9. Perform other duties as assigned, including coverage for other roles as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience in maintenance, electrical, or painting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends or nights if required.
• Good communication skills, adaptability, sound judgment, and professionalism.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, work in various weather conditions, and perform physical tasks.

Salary Range: $17.00 per hour
