Responsibilities

Basic Function: This position involves facility maintenance duties and customer interaction. Prior experience is preferred but not required. Must perform duties with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include equipment servicing, cleaning, and general upkeep.

1. Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as per checklists and supervisor instructions, ensuring all areas are free of dirt, dust, litter, and debris using appropriate tools.
2. Conduct daily inspections of the garage to identify and address maintenance issues.
3. Clean entrances, exits, stairwells, and surface rails; empty trash cans; paint surfaces as needed; replace bulbs; manage oil spills; submit repair requests; check safety items; ensure proper operation of gates and ticket spitters; maintain inventory of supplies; operate cleaning equipment; clear snow and ice; report safety hazards; assist customers; resolve complaints; cover other duties as needed; maintain appearance and uniform; perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in facility maintenance, electrical, or painting preferred depending on specific duties.

License: Valid driver’s license with a good driving record if driving company vehicles.

Availability: Flexible shifts including weekends and third shifts may be required.

Skills: Clear communication, customer service orientation, adaptability, sound judgment, professionalism, and physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $19.00/hour

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA, disability, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
