Basic Function: This position involves facility maintenance duties and customer interaction. Prior experience is preferred but not required. Must perform duties with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include equipment servicing, cleaning, and general upkeep.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in facility maintenance, electrical, or painting preferred depending on specific duties.
License: Valid driver’s license with a good driving record if driving company vehicles.
Availability: Flexible shifts including weekends and third shifts may be required.
Skills: Clear communication, customer service orientation, adaptability, sound judgment, professionalism, and physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions.
Salary: $19.00/hour
