Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a maintenance teammate to keep our properties clean, safe, and well-kept, supporting resident satisfaction day to day. You will prepare vacant units for occupancy, clean the leasing office and common areas, and ensure equipment is properly maintained.

This role requires a high school diploma and the ability to read simple words and numbers. This on-site role follows OSHA safety policies and offers Peak perks such as PTO, parental leave, a 401(k) match, wellness

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and basic numbers. Ability to speak simple sentences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and maintain appearance.
• Clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities, and other common areas daily or as scheduled.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Provide courteous, efficient response to resident and management requests. Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances.
• Adhere to OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
