Inspire of McClelland is looking for a Maintenance Technician. We have our eye out for a compassionate and energetic candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the general interior and exterior upkeep of the facility.
• Periodically tour the facility and grounds to ensure safety compliance.
• Report any unusual conditions or malfunctions of heating, plumbing, electrical systems, or other incidents.
• Conduct basic repairs such as sheetrock, flooring, and lighting.

Qualifications:

• Basic construction and repair experience.
• Prior experience as a Maintenance Worker in an Assisted Living Facility is a big plus but not required.
• Ability to interact with residents with respect and dignity.
