Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners LLC is seeking a Maintenance Pool Tech 1 to perform daily pool and hot tub maintenance, chemical testing, and basic repairs across condominium and resort facilities. This full-time role includes hands-on training for a CPO certification and coordination with the Engineering Department to complete work orders safely and efficiently.

Candidate should be comfortable with lifting, tool use, and safety procedures.

Maintenance Pool Tech 1General PurposeThe Facility Maintenance Technician/Pool tech will perform preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure safe and accessible use of all condominium and resort facilities. This position will Perform daily service and chemical testing on pools and hot tubs. As a pool tech you will be trained and get a CPO certification. This is a full tim0,e year-round position and will remain open until filled.Essential Duties / ResponsibilitiesDaily tasks will include opening pools and hot tubs checking chemicals, filling and cleaning as needed.Inspect and repair residences, commercial spaces and restaurants as necessary.Perform repairs as detailed on work orders.Discuss and plan work orders with the supervisor ensuring that the tasks will be done in a safe and efficient manner.Create and maintain records of time and materials used.Control material inventory ensuring materials are properly restocked by placing them on the reorder list as necessary.Communicate effectively within the Engineering Department and with other departments regarding progress of work orders and outstanding maintenance issues.Maintain tools in a neat and organized fashion ensuring that the tools are properly stored at the end of the shift.Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.Ensure quality repairs in a safe and efficient manner.Other duties and tasks as assigned.May Have to work weekend schedulesKnowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must have basic knowledge and skills of the following including the use of hand and power tools and their safe use.
