Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners LLC is seeking a Maintenance Pool Tech 1 to perform daily pool and hot tub maintenance, chemical testing, and basic repairs across condominium and resort facilities. This full-time role includes hands-on training for a CPO certification and coordination with the Engineering Department to complete work orders safely and efficiently.

Candidate should be comfortable with lifting, tool use, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of using hand and power tools.
• Must be able to read and interpret work orders.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance on pools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Open pools and hot tubs, test chemicals daily.
• Inspect and repair residences, commercial spaces as needed.
• Document time and materials used; order supplies as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• May work weekends.
