Job summary

Dilling Heating Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing is seeking a skilled residential Maintenance Plumber in Charlotte, NC. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and replacements to ensure safe and reliable plumbing for our customers, with support and growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

The role requires 1+ years of residential plumbing experience, knowledge of codes and safety procedures, and the ability to manage a fleet vehicle and inventory.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential plumbing experience minimum.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures.
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
• Must pass a motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Handle Preventative Maintenance calls in residential plumbing systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures (toilets, faucets, water heaters), including soldering.
• Inspect plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance.
• Handle customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving problems, responding to call-outs, and preparing cost estimates.

What YOU Will Do

• Handle Preventative Maintenance calls in residential plumbing systems
