Dilling Heating Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing is seeking a skilled residential Plumbing Repipe and Install Helper who takes pride in quality work and customer service. You’ll support the plumbing team with installations, repipes, and system upgrades in customers’ homes, under hands-on supervision.

• Pass motor vehicle, background check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plumbing department to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in packing, sorting, and collecting tools for each job.
• Cut and open walls and structures as needed to complete jobs.
• Work with lead installer on installations and repairs in customers' homes.
• Use Service Titan to track repairs and completed work.
• Stay up-to-date with plumbing codes and standards.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance on site.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Compensation

• $50,000 - $85,000+/yr

What YOU Will Do

• Collaborate closely with the plumbing department to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in packing, sorting, and collecting plumbing tools and equipment required for each job.
• Perform cutting and opening of walls and structures to facilitate job completion as needed.
• Work alongside the lead installer on plumbing installations and repairs in customers' homes.
• Utilize trade software, such as Service Titan, to track repairs and completed work accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing codes and standards to ensure compliance.
• Uphold professional conduct and appearance in all working environments.
• Perform any additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
