Champion Comfort Experts is seeking a skilled residential Service Plumber to join a growth-focused team in the Asheville area. You will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, guide customers to informed decisions, and keep job inventories organized, while maintaining professional conduct on every call.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures.
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
• Must pass motor vehicle and drug screen.
• Strong customer service, honesty and reliability.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Identify and communicate plumbing issues with customers.
• Educate customers on their plumbing systems and needs.
• Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job.
• Document work performed following company procedures.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
• Set up plumbing service calls when needed.

Compensation

• $75,000 - $110,000+/yr

What YOU Will Do

What We Need From YOU

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience minimum
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
• Must pass a motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability
• Physical dexterity
