2–3 years of residential plumbing installation and repiping experience minimum.
Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures.
Strong work ethic, eager to learn new methods.
Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
Superb customer service, honesty, dependability and reliability.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Installation and Repipe teams to ensure timely, compliant installs.
Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication.
Analyze work orders, follow travel schedules, address customer concerns.
Maintain stock for each job and document work per procedures.
Guide assistants or apprentices and keep tools in good condition.
Uphold professional conduct and appearance on site.

What YOU Will Do:

Collaborate with the Installation and Repipe department to ensure timely and precise installation following company standards and procedures
Deliver exceptional customer service
Analyze work orders, adhere to daily travel schedules, listen to customer concerns, perform designated work, and proactively address problems
Maintain a full stock inventory for each job
Document work performed following company procedures
Guide and share knowledge with assistants or apprentices
Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date
Uphold professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
