Dilling Heating Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing is seeking a skilled residential Maintenance Plumber to deliver top-notch service to our customers. You will handle preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations in residential plumbing, ensuring safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential plumbing experience minimum.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures.
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
• Must pass a motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Handle Preventative Maintenance calls in residential plumbing systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures (toilet, faucet, water heater replacements, soldering).
• Inspect plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality and code compliance.
• Handle customer queries, troubleshoot/resolving problems, respond to call-outs, and prepare cost estimates.

What YOU Will Do:

• Handle Preventative Maintenance calls in residential plumbing systems
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures which will include toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs.
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential.
• Handling customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving problems, responding to call-outs, and preparing cost estimates.

What We Need From YOU:
