Phillips 66 is seeking a Maintenance Planning Specialist - Electrical at the Bayway Refinery in Linden, NJ. The role focuses on developing electrical maintenance work plans per ODM, generating job packages and cost estimates, and creating SAP-based task libraries.
You will collaborate with electrical teams to optimize uptime, assess labor/material needs, and monitor asset records for continuous improvement, while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
As a Maintenance Planning Specialist - Electrical, you will be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring that every electrical maintenance activity is thoughtfully coordinated and executed. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with skilled electrical teams, apply your expertise in planning and problem-solving, and make a real impact on our plant’s reliability and performance. This position will be accountable for developing electrical maintenance work plans per the Operation Directed Maintenance (ODM) Work Process, generating accurate job packages and cost estimates, and creating task lists for repeatable electrical jobs utilizing SAP.
This position has a base salary range of $127,800 - $156,200. At Phillips 66, we are committed to pay transparency and competitive, equitable compensation. Bayway Refinery is located on the New York Harbor in Linden, New Jersey. Bayway's facilities include crude distilling, naphtha reforming, fluid catalytic cracking, solvent deasphalting, hydrodesulfurization and alkylation units. The complex also includes a polypropylene plant with the capacity to produce up to 775 million pounds per year. The refinery processes mainly light and medium, low-sulfur crude oil. Foreign crude oil is supplied to the refinery by tanker, and domestic crude oil is supplied through a combination of rail and marine transportation. The refinery produces a high percentage of transportation fuels, as well as petrochemical feedstocks, residual fuel oil and home heating oil. Refined products are distributed to East Coast customers by pipeline, barge, rail car and truck.
