Job summary

Arconic Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Area Coordinator to lead planning, scheduling, and supervision of maintenance work. You will liaise between production, engineering, and maintenance, while maintaining records and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years in maintenance planning and supervisory experience in manufacturing. Preferred qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s in engineering or business, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience maintenance planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and schedule maintenance work within the department.
• Coordinate liaison between production, engineering, and maintenance regarding maintenance issues.
• Manage work orders and documentation in Oracle eAM; ensure accurate records.
• Coordinate safety pre-task assessments, permits, and related safety procedures.
• Backfill as Maintenance Supervisor to cover vacations and off shifts when needed.
• Maintain production and maintenance data to support continuous improvement.
