Boise Cascade seeks a Maintenance Planner to support timely plant maintenance and economical repairs at our Oregon facility. You will plan, estimate, and schedule maintenance work while coordinating with operations and contractors to minimize downtime.

The role requires a college degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in maintenance, and a strong electrical/mechanical background with knowledge of drawings and specifications. Requisition MAINT008830.

Competenze

• College degree or equivalent work experience in a related function.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience; 5+ preferred.
• Electrical/mechanical background with drawings and specs knowledge.

Mansioni

• Provide services for timely maintenance and economical repair of plant equipment.
• Plan, estimate, and schedule all plant maintenance work.
• Manage and analyze MAXIMO CMMS data and work orders.
• Review and close completed work orders and maintain records.
• Identify safety needs, staffing, materials, and tools for maintenance work.
• Coordinate maintenance shutdowns and contractors with operations.
• Develop standards for estimating planned work and compare to actuals.
• Determine root causes of downtime and suggest improvements.
• Update prints, procedures, and preventive maintenance plans.
