Job summary

WIOSS Automation Solutions LP in Minnesota seeks a Maintenance Planner to orchestrate maintenance activities, balance production needs, and optimize equipment reliability. You will schedule tasks, coordinate with teams, and maintain thorough documentation to minimize downtime.

You will apply your mechanical and electrical knowledge, work with CMMS and MS Office, and drive safety and continuous improvement. Occasional travel up to 5% is expected.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary technical training in electrical or mechanical disciplines.
• Experience with maintenance planning and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules for plant equipment to ensure uptime.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance work with production teams.
• Coordinate schedules with onsite and centralized support teams.
• Create and maintain work orders, schedules, and documentation.
• Prepare technical information for tasks, drawings, and specs.
• Monitor performance, track metrics, and report to management.
• Support training needs and development programs for maintenance staff.
• Provide leadership and oversee safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Spare Parts to ensure availability of parts and tools.
