Job summary

Leprino Foods' state-of-the-art Lubbock facility seeks a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to plan, schedule, and optimize preventive maintenance and repairs. You’ll supervise daily shift activities, ensure parts availability, and coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial maintenance or production planning, with leadership experience and familiarity with SAP or similar systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, production planning, or related fields.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating work to others.

Responsibilities

• Plans and schedules preventive maintenance, repairs, and new equipment installation.
• Ensure parts and equipment are available for maintenance and repair.
• Prioritize projects to minimize downtime while maintaining safety and quality.
• Lead and supervise daily shift activities to reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and safety programs.
